You may return your purchase for any reason within 30 days of receipt for an exchange or a refund of the purchase price excluding our shipping and handling costs(*with the exception of all pillows). Any upgraded shipping costs will not be refunded. Some of our products are offered with free shipping, so please be aware that if you return one of these products our actual outbound shipping costs will be deducted from your return refund. In addition some of our items carry a restocking fee which will be deducted from your refund should you wish to make a return.
Please keep in mind that once an order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled. If you refuse an order, it will then fall under our standard return policy , where roundtrip shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.
To ensure your package arrives to us safely and undamaged, please pack the item in the original packaging and remember to include all accessories, parts, and pieces and manuals for a full refund. Please include a copy of your invoice. We regreat that we will not be able to issue credit or refund for any item that is damaged or lost in shipping merchandise back to us.
Please allow us at least 15 days to receive and process your return. If you have provided us with your email address, you will receive a return confirmation email the day after your return has been credited to your account. Due to health regulations, only products that are unopened inside their wrapping can be returned. The wrapping must not be broken or opened as the item cannot be resold after opened. It is recommended to lay on the product with the wrapping intact (covered with a sheet), as this should be adequate to determine if the product is comfortable and to your liking.
Simple Comforts ships only to the Contiguous United States. We give the options of shipping First Class Mail, Priority Mail and UPS. Larger or Bulk items may be shipped Freight due to our discretion. We also hold the right to ship UPS instead of Priority and vise versa, however we will always let you know beforehand if this is the case.
