The Wooden Foot and Body Roller is an all around massage tool that targets the feet but doubles as a body massager when used with a partner.

Smooth wooden balls roll independently to target tense muscle groups without putting too much pressure on surrounding bones and joints. The Wooden Foot and Body Roller gives gentle to moderate stimulation.

Simply place the Wooden Foot and Body Roller on the floor and rub your feet back and forth across the wooden balls. Non-skid pads on the bottom of the massager protect floors and allow you to get more pressure and traction. For an all over body massage, have your partner grab the massager through the side handle cut outs and roll away stress and fatigue. It is best to start out slowly and gently when learning to use this tool. Experimenting with pressure and movement lets you customize your massage!
