Lift Chairs You Can Try Before You Buy

The Comforter with a custom bucket seat and Golden's MaxiComfort positioning added. Built across the full range of frame sizes, up to 500 lb capacity on the larger ones.

A plush chaise pad over a pocketed coil seat, with tailored back and track arm styling. Built for true sleepability rather than a long nap.

Overstuffed back, plush chaise pad, and a programmable AutoDrive hand control that remembers your positions. Proven durability for long sit times.

Reliable lift and recline with a simple hand control and nothing extra to learn. Smooth tailored back and rolled arms, and we can fit you to the right size on the floor.

The custom bucket seat cradles you instead of flattening out, which is why people who sit in it tend to stop looking. One of the few chairs we keep in the warehouse, so you can live with it before you buy.

An overstuffed bucket back with classic styling and everything switched on underneath. Come sit in it next to the plainer Cloud models and the difference is immediate.

The Cloud built on a wider frame, so taller sitters are not perching on the front edge. Golden's MaxiComfort system underneath, and worth trying against the standard Cloud before you decide.

The chair people choose when they are sleeping in it, not just napping. Weight spreads evenly enough that pressure points stop registering, which matters through a long recovery.

Channeled back and a padded chaise seat with no gap under the knees. Come try the massage and heat before you decide whether you want them, because that is not a choice to make from a spec sheet.

The most loaded chair in the Cloud line, with the sleep recline built in rather than added on. Plan to spend a while in it, since this is the one everything else gets compared against.

Golden builds this one across more frame sizes than anything else they make, which is the whole reason we carry it. Simple hand control, pillowed back, wide padded arms. If chairs have never quite fit you, start here.

A tufted back and a USB charging port in the side panel, which sounds minor until your phone is across the room and you are not. One of the chairs we keep for rental.

Same positioning as a full-size recliner in a narrower frame with a tailored back and track arms. Easier to actually place in an apartment or a smaller living room.

The full sleep recline in a narrow frame, so you can spend the night in it without giving up the corner of the room. The combination is unusual enough that it is worth coming in to try.

Two-button control, a chaise seat with no gap under the knees, and nothing on it you have to learn. A sensible starting point after surgery, and one of the models we rent.

A supportive chaise seat and clean seam detailing, sitting in the middle of the range on purpose. Enough positioning to be comfortable without anyone having to think about it.

Three waterfall back pillows that adjust independently, which is the part worth trying in person. If your lower back needs support where most chairs do not offer it, this one can usually be set to reach.

The open arms take trays, tables, and cup holders, so the chair becomes where you spend the day rather than just where you nap. Padded chaise seat underneath.

Everything the Rhea does, with the sleep recline and the massage added. Keeps the open-arm design, so the trays and tables still fit.

An overstuffed back built to be sat in hard, every day, for years, and it takes Golden's trays and accessories. The one we point to when someone wants a chair that will not feel tired in eighteen months.
